POLICIES


 

APPOINTMENT POLICY:

Due to our busy schedules and working by appointment only we require partial payment up front. To secure an appointment, you will be required to pay a retainer to hold your spot. Cancellation Policy:Retainers/payments are non-refundable. With our busy schedule we book out weeks and months for appointments.. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled will be charged our 50 % fee each time. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your retainer. Additional retainers will be required to reschedule your appointment If you cancel 48 hrs or less or NO SHOW your card will be charged for the FULL amount. Thanks for understanding.

LATENESS: 

Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE.  We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency.  Late arrivals 15 mins or more will be cancelled and retainers may be forfeited. An additional retainer will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time

 Bookings that fail to complete medical consent forms and pay deposits within 24 hours WILL result in cancellation.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.


MICROBLADING/PMU RETAINERS
:

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all microblading/pmu appointments. Retainers will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your online reservation. This retainer is to ensure that you are serious about booking your MICROBLADING/PMU appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged the day of your appointment.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work.  If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (hello@rawwbeauty.com) BEFORE your appointment booking for a BROW TATTOO CORRECTION. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS: 

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results

RAWWBEAUTY reserves the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion at any time.
