WHAT IS permanent liner?

Permanent eye liner is a cosmetic technique which employees permanent pigmentation to the eye lid that resembles eye liner. The result can be natural or dramatic depending on your preference!

LASH ENHANCMENT: $750

top and bottom liner

Top only LASH ENHANCEMENT: $450

Lash line enhancement is only for your lash line. It gives the lashes a fuller look creating a fuller lash line. This is NOT a thick liner.

Bottom only LASH ENHANCEMENT: $300

Lash line enhancement is a thinner liner for the bottom lash line. This gives a subtle liner look. You don’t want the bottom liner to be too thick as this can be aging.

Top Only DESIGNER LINER (THICK OR WING): $600

Designer liner is either a thicker liner, small wing or wedge liner. Thickness and type of wing depends solely on eye shape. Some eyes can handle a thicker and some can’t.

COLOR BOOST FOR LINER: $400+

*costs depends on which service you got. Top and bottom will be more than just bottom. If no pigment is left it will be a full service price. Please send photos if you aren’t sure.

*Color boosts and touch ups are for previous Rawwbeauty clients only. If you have had work done by a previous artist, your first appointment with Rawwbeauty will be be considered our initial appointment, and initial appointment prices will apply.

  • The appointment takes approximately 1-2 hours. We will discuss shape and start the numbing process The topical anesthetic will be applied to the skin just before beginning the procedure.

  • A topical anesthetic will be applied to the treatment areas multiple times throughout the services. However, everyone has a different comfort level, so some clients may experience slight pain. It is about as painful as having your eyebrows waxed or threaded. If you are menstruating, your sensitivity may increase.

  • If you have any of the following, Permanent liner will most likely not be the solution for you:

    Pregnant or Breastfeeding

    Overly sensitive skin

    Allergies to topical anaesthetics

    Severe Acne

    Keratosis

    Keloid scarring

    Facial psoriasis or eczema

    Overly dry skin

    Iron deficiency

    Previous tattoo that has not faded

    There are also various contraindications that will determine if you are an appropriate candidate for the procedure.

  • With most procedures, the color looks dramatically lighter after the first week. Some clients prefer this, while others opt for a bolder look. If you opt for a 2nd session, we will assess the color retention and make adjustments as necessary. Everyone heals differently and at different rates. 

  • It takes approximately 14 days for the brows to heal, and about 1 month for the color to fully set in.  No down time is required after the procedure!

  • Your brows will appear darker and bigger than expected for the first few days. This will gradually lighten during the complete healing process and they will lighten 20-40% lighter depending on which technique. Please view the detailed aftercare instructions you are given.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our busy schedules and working by appointment only we require partial payment up front. To secure an appointment, you will be required to pay a retainer to hold your spot. Cancellation Policy:Retainers/payments are non-refundable. With our busy schedule we book out weeks and months for appointments.. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled will be charged our 50 % fee each time. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your retainer. Additional retainers will be required to reschedule your appointment If you cancel 48 hrs or less or NO SHOW your card will be charged for the FULL amount. Thanks for understanding.

Before your appointment you will fill out our Client Forms sent to you through email with your appointment confirmation. You will be able to fill everything out online before your appointment. This way I can go over your medical history and make sure there are no contraindications for you getting your microblading/pmu service completed. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us.

****If you are ready to book we offer online booking. Once your retainer is paid please check your email for your consent forms. These are very important to make sure you don’t have any contraindications that you can’t have the service done. If you have had previous work you will need to fill out the form, send photos in and do a consult. I want to make sure I can work on you before you schedule an appointment. Thanks so much.
