POLICIES

APPOINTMENT POLICY:

Due to our busy schedules and working by appointment only we require partial payment up front. To secure an appointment, you will be required to pay a booking fee to hold your spot. Cancellation Policy: Booking fees are non-refundable. With our busy schedule we book out weeks and months for appointments.. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled will be charged our 50 % booking fee each time. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your booking fee. Additional booking fees will be required to reschedule your appointment If you reschedule/cancel 48 hrs or less or NO SHOW your card will be charged for the FULL amount. Thanks for understanding.

LATENESS:

Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals 15 mins or more will be cancelled and booking fees will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time

Bookings that fail to complete consent forms within 24 hours WILL result in cancellation.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

PMU booking fees:

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is due immediately upon booking to secure all pmu appointments. Booking fees will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your online reservation. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your PMU appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged the day of your appointment.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:

If you are a return client and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please message us directly on our messaging system 205.650.8856 or call 205-533-5843. Touch ups or color boosts can not be booked on our online portal.

EXISTING BROW/Pmu TATTOOS:

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows, lips or liner previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos for approval (hello@rawwbeauty.com) In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows/pmu to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
